Since our founding in a WeWork hot desk in 2019, the Slop Sloop Group has reimagined the reimagination of enterprise-grade value propositions. We exist at the thrilling intersection of maritime metaphor and business consulting — a space we invented, trademarked, and then disrupted ourselves.

Our proprietary SLOPstack™ methodology combines design thinking, reverse design thinking, and thinking about thinking to produce outcomes that are not just measurable but also deeply vibrational. The SLOPstack™ Four-Wave Process

The Immersion Drift
We arrive at your offices, absorb your culture, consume your snacks, and attend four meetings we were not explicitly invited to. This phase costs the most and produces nothing visible, which is what makes it so important.

The Sensemaking Squall
Data is gathered and placed in a spreadsheet which is then printed, scanned, and placed in a second spreadsheet. Patterns emerge. We name the patterns after weather events. A storm of insight is declared. Stakeholders are informed via a very long email with the subject line "Quick Thoughts."

The Co-Creation Voyage
A workshop is scheduled. Post-it notes of three colors are procured. Participants are asked "How might we—" until someone writes "disrupt" on a post-it and places it on the window. This post-it will be photographed and never referenced again. The output is called a "prototype." It is a photograph of post-its.
IV
The Delivery Wake
A presentation is delivered on a Tuesday. It contains 74 slides, a custom font, and a slide titled "The Way Forward" featuring a road disappearing into fog. Applause follows. An invoice follows the applause. A follow-on engagement is proposed in the final slide.
